RESERVING CRYSTALS

Due to the nature of crystals - all of our items are unique.

Sometimes you can really really want an item but cant quite afford it at that time. 

We have several options for you!

Clear Pay

Firstly we offer Clear pay - which is an interest free option for paying for items over a designated time. Get the items right away and then pay instalments.

Reserving

You may want to pop certain items aside. This follows the following conditions:

1. We require a 10% non refundable deposit to reserve items longer than 48hrs. 

2. We have a 4 week payment policy. If you are unable to pay within this time, your items will be returned for public sale. 

3. All reserved items are exempt from discount codes and sales.

3. No more than £200 of unique items can be reserved at any time.

4. We cannot reserve items in the run up to a LIVE or scheduled sale. The two weeks prior to the sale items on reserve must be paid for in full. 

5.Reserved items cannot be saved and purchased during sales.
