We host two types of LIVE shows, each with its own vibe:

1. Daily Spontaneous LIVEs
Catch us most days for a relaxed, informal look at what’s new! We’ll share fresh deliveries, website updates, and even rummage through boxes of crystals together. These are fun, casual, and a great chance to see our crystals as they arrive. You can buy directly during the LIVE by commenting, or afterwards via messenger. No discounts here—just lots of crystal fun! ✨

2. Monthly LIVE Sales
Once a month, we go big with a scheduled LIVE SALE (date and time announced in advance). These include 10–20% off discount codes, giveaways, and prizes. We’ll do a full table spread, plus show other shop favourites on request. These events usually last a couple of hours and are always full of good energy and fun! 💎

How do Facebook, Instagram & TikTok LIVEs work?

Simply tune in to our social media LIVE feed!

Facebook: Last Thursday of every month at 5:30pm
Instagram: First week of each month
TikTok: Around the middle of each month (exact dates announced in advance)

Each LIVE starts at 5:30pm, but don’t worry—you don’t need to join right on time. You can pop in and out whenever you like, and even watch quietly if you prefer.

Can I ask questions and interact?

Absolutely! We love when you join in. You can type questions in the comments, ask to see specific crystals, or just enjoy the show. If you’d rather stay quiet, that’s fine too—no one will know you’re there unless you comment.

How do I win prizes and get freebies?

Prizes and giveaways are exclusive to our Facebook LIVEs. Just join in on the fun quizzes we run every 60 minutes—no purchase necessary! 🎉
We also include free gifts with all claims over £100.

How do I buy during a LIVE Sale?

As we showcase crystals, each piece will be numbered, named, and priced.
To claim an item, simply type “Claim [Number + Name]” in the comments.
The first person to comment correctly gets the crystal! If more than one person wants the same item, the first “claim” wins.

How do I pay for my crystal claims?

After the LIVE, we’ll send you a Facebook message with your basket and payment details.
Payment is required within 48 hours to secure your crystals. 💎
