Chakra Starter Set
 
There are seven main chakras, known as the root, sacral, solar plexus, heart, throat, third eye and crown chakras. In energy healing, keeping these energetic pathways cleansed and activated is very important for enhancing your physical, emotional, and spiritual wellbeing.
 
Place a root chakra stone (Hematite/ Obsidian) on the body at the base of the spine.
Place a sacral chakra stone (Red Jasper/ Carnelian) about two inches below the belly button.
Place a solar plexus chakra stone (Citrine/ Tiger Eye) on the belly button.
Place a heart chakra stone (Malachite/ Aventurine) in the centre of the chest.
Place a throat chakra stone (Sodalite/ Turquenite) on the throat.
Place a third eye chakra stone (Amethyst) between the eyebrows.
Place a crown chakra stone (Quartz/ Selenite) above the head with the point directing up (if you are using a pointed stone).
